testing principle
Heat sealing tester is used to measure heat sealing temperature, heat sealing pressure and heat sealing time of plastic film and composite flexible packaging materials by hot pressing sealing method, so as to obtain accurate heat sealing performance indexes. Through the touch screen to set the required temperature, pressure, time, the internal embedded microprocessor through the drive of the corresponding advice, and control the pneumatic part, so that the upper thermal head up and down movement, so that packaging materials in a certain heat sealing temperature, heat sealing pressure and heat sealing time under the heat seal. By changing heat sealing temperature, heat sealing pressure and heat sealing time parameters, the appropriate heat sealing process parameters can be found.
