ETT-C electronic universal testing machine is a new testing machine developed by our company. The design of main machine and auxiliary equipment has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, convenient operation and stable and reliable performance. The computer control system controls the servo motor to rotate through the speed regulation system, and then after deceleration through the deceleration system, the moving beam is driven to rise and fall through the high-precision ball screw pair, and the mechanical performance test of the tensile strength, constant elongation, elongation at break, upper and lower yield strength of the sample is completed. The series of products have no pollution, low noise and high efficiency, and have very wide speed regulation range and beam moving distance. AC speed regulation system and motor with high speed regulation accuracy and stable performance are adopted as driving system, and specially designed synchronous toothed belt deceleration system and high-precision ball screw pair drive the moving beam of the testing machine to move. Optional Win7 as the operating platform based on database technology control and data processing software, using virtual instrument technology instead of the traditional digital tube, oscilloscope, to achieve the test force, test force peak, beam displacement, sample deformation and test curve screen display, all the test operations can be completed on the computer screen by mouse input mode, with a good man-machine interface, easy to operate; The dual-channel digital programmable amplifier inserted in PC realizes the true sense of physical zero-setting, gain adjustment and automatic shift, zero-setting and calibration of test force measurement. There is no analog adjustment link. The control circuit is highly integrated, and mechanical adjustment devices such as potentiometers are completely eliminated. The structure is simple and the performance is reliable.

1. Host: double space portal structure, upper space stretching, lower space compression and bending. The beam is infinitely raised and lowered. The transmission part adopts arc synchronous toothed belt, screw pair transmission, stable transmission, low noise. The specially designed synchronous toothed belt deceleration system and precision ball screw drive the cross beam of the testing machine to move, realizing gapless transmission.

(6) The electrical control circuit refers to international standards, conforms to the electrical standards of the national tester, and has strong anti-interference ability to ensure the stability of the controller and the accuracy of the experimental data.
